These images started from a pencil on paper drawing done years ago (original visible here)

They represent my first attempts at developing natural media images with digital tools (made with Studio Artist 1.5, Painter 6.03, and Photoshop 4.0.1). There were previous attempts at using natural media pieces in the digital environment, but they did not rework the pieces as much as these did. One example of those earlier attempts is visible here
